What we collect
We collect information you give us directly and limited information collected automatically as you use our site:
- Quote requests and lead details (name, email, phone, address, service needs)
- Estimates generated by our calculator and any estimates you ask us to save
- Files you upload (for partner applications, this includes insurance documents)
- Messages sent through contact and partner forms
- Basic analytics about pages visited and actions taken on the site
- Cookies and similar storage as described in our Cookie Policy
How we use it
We use this information to prepare estimates, match your job with an approved local cleaning partner, coordinate scheduling, follow up after service, improve the site, and respond to your questions.
Service communication consent
When you submit a quote, save an estimate, or apply as a partner, you choose how we can contact you about that request — by email, by text message, or both. This service communication is used only to follow up on your specific inquiry (for example, confirming details, sending your estimate, or scheduling).
Email and SMS consent
By selecting an email or SMS option on our forms, you give us permission to contact you at the email address or phone number you provided about your request. Standard message and data rates may apply for text messages. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and any ongoing service.
Marketing consent
Marketing email and marketing SMS are separate opt-ins. We only send promotional messages, seasonal reminders, or special offers if you explicitly opt in to marketing communication. You can opt in or out independently for email and text.
How to opt out
You can opt out of marketing email at any time by replying to any marketing email with "unsubscribe" or by emailing hello@ricleanco.com. You can opt out of marketing SMS by replying STOP to any marketing text. Opting out of marketing does not stop service-related communication about an active request or job.
Data retention
We keep lead, estimate, customer, and job records for as long as they are needed to deliver and support our service and to meet reasonable business and recordkeeping needs. When records are no longer needed, we remove or anonymize them on a routine basis. You can request deletion of your personal information at any time (see "Your choices" below).
Consent records
When you submit a form, we record which consent options you selected, the date and time of submission, and a consent version identifier. These records help us honor your preferences and respond to questions about how you were contacted.
Uploaded files
Files you upload (such as job photos with a quote, or insurance documents with a partner application) are stored in private storage. Only internal staff with admin access can view them, and they are used only to scope the job, verify partner insurance, or support your request.
Who can see it
Internal staff with admin access can view leads and account information. Approved cleaning partners receive only the details they need to perform the service (such as address, access notes, and scope of work). We do not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
We store data with reputable hosting and database providers. We keep records for as long as they're needed to deliver service, support your account, and meet reasonable business and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the personal information we have on file. Email hello@ricleanco.com and we'll handle it.

Children
Our service isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy as our service changes. We'll post any updates on this page with a new effective date.
