Terms of Service

About these terms

RI Clean Co. is a cleaning booking and coordination service. We collect requests from customers, prepare estimates, and match jobs with approved local cleaning partners who perform the work. By using our site or requesting service, you agree to these terms.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are based on the details you share with us and the standard pricing for the service, property size, and add-ons you select. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any cleaning is scheduled.

Estimate expiration

Estimates are valid for 72 hours. After that, pricing or partner availability may change. You can request a refreshed estimate any time.

Recurring cleaning

The first visit on a recurring plan is typically more intensive than the visits that follow, which is why first-visit pricing is usually higher than maintenance pricing. Recurring discounts apply to maintenance visits after the first cleaning.

Promotions

Promotions apply only to qualifying services and only while the promotion is active. We may limit one promotion per estimate, set minimum order amounts, or end a promotion at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless we say so in writing.

Scheduling and access

We coordinate scheduling with you and an approved local cleaning partner. You're responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If we can't access the property at the scheduled time, the visit may need to be rescheduled.

Partner fulfillment

Cleaning is performed by approved local cleaning partners, not by RI Clean Co. employees. We screen partners for insurance, coverage area, response time, and quality, and we stand behind the work we coordinate.

Service limitations

Approved partners perform standard residential and commercial cleaning. They do not perform biohazard cleanup, large mold remediation, exterior pressure washing, or work that requires specialized licensing unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Liability

Approved partners carry their own general liability insurance. We coordinate resolution if something goes wrong on a visit we booked. Our total responsibility for any single visit is limited to the price of that visit.
